Seeds are sold in the state of Hemp, ZERO (0 THC), which is Legal in the United States under the Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm bill of December 20, 2018). It is 100% legal to purchase, sell and ship cannabis seeds in all 50 States. Wholesale, Retail & Online and stores: Rocket Seeds is currently sold in 1000+ stores in the United States of America. Common locations are gas stations, novelty shops, garden centers, hydroponic stores, smoke shops and more. Rocket Seeds are sold under the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable State or Local laws. Regulation in respect of germinating cannabis seeds can differ from state to state. All Rocket Seed customers are prohibited from reselling for purposes other than those stated above. Examples of various uses are, novelty, souvenirs or collectibles, luxury bird food, a protein supplement or as fishing bait. Customers may purchase seeds for collecting purposes on anticipation the law will change in your state or your state currently allows you to harvest cannabis or hemp. Cannabis seeds are the equivalent to purchasing poppy seeds, tobacco seeds, peyote seeds and other equivalents as to all being 100% legal in the eyes of the federal government. On December 20, 2018, the Farm Bill was signed into law by President Trump. Based on further research we have not been able to find any charges at the State or City level where someone was charged with possession of Cannabis Seeds, while in the state of hemp. There have been no recorded cases that have resulted in convictions that we could find. Possessing cannabis in seed form is legal across the United States however cultivation of said seeds may not be permitted in your state. We will offer up to $50,000.00 in a legal defense fees in the event of a Municipal or State fine with confirmation of the laws.
