- Refund Exceptions – Packages bearing a tracking number must have a status of “returned to sender,” with the mailer remaining completely unopened and untampered, and refund minus the shipping fee will be issued upon receipt.
- For orders within Canada, shipment originates from Vancouver, British Columbia, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days following dispatch
- All other orders are dispatched from Los Angeles, California, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days after shipment.

International Shipments
- Any shipment beyond the borders of Canada, the United States of America, and the US Territories is classified as an international dispatch. It necessitates an order of 20 seeds or more or a minimum subtotal of $200.
- Customers are fully responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or additional charges levied by customs authorities.
- We exclusively employ discreet shipping methods.
- Before placing your order, kindly ensure that the provided email address and phone number are local to your country, precise, and accessible.

- Please note that an 80% germination rate for international orders is not guaranteed.
- While there are no predetermined arrival dates, transit delays may occur. However, all packages are dispatched with USPS Tracking Numbers for your convenience.

Payment Methods & Coupons

- Prices are denominated in USD for all customers. CAD pricing is available for Canadian orders once your country is selected at checkout.

- Money orders payable to Rocket Seeds or referencing “Seeds” will be returned to the sender, pending updated instructions.
- MoneyGram payments can be made electronically.
- Orders exceeding $420 USD/CAD are subject to signature and identity verification upon purchase and signature verification upon delivery. All transactions are final.
- Coupons cannot be combined or applied with ongoing promotions or sales.
- If you have seed credits or coupons from previous orders, a new order must be placed as a cash order to redeem them. Customers must call to speak with a representative to apply credits, coupons, and payment for the current order.
- Payments that have been DECLINED will be retried twice daily for a duration of two weeks, unless the Customer provides an alternative payment method or cancels the order.
Delivery & Shipment Issues
- All transactions are considered final, and no reimbursements or exchanges shall be entertained.
- We cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
- Orders with subtotals below $200 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $20.
- Orders for US customers in all 50 states and US territories are shipped domestically from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking.
- Orders for Canadian customers are shipped domestically from Vancouver, BC, via Canada Post.
- Packages are dispatched with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days from the date the tracking number is assigned. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the postal carrier.

- Packages declared lost in transit or stolen require a Postal Service claim number for reshipment.
- Packages with a confirmed “Delivered” status also require a Postal Service claim number. Secondary packages must be shipped with signature verification or updated address details.
Germination Guarantee
- We cannot honor any germination rate below 80% that was not attempted using our recommended method, which is provided with every order.
- To ensure seed survival, place them in plain potting soil after the taproot has developed.
- NO nutrients or NO fertilizers
- Once sprouts emerge from the soil, the germination guarantee has been fulfilled, and the subsequent growth of the plants is solely the grower’s responsibility.
- Please note that Rocket Seeds are not responsible for any environmental responses the plants may exhibit.
- We promise an 80% germination rate for any pack size when the germination guide is followed correctly.
- We will not honor any germination attempts using water sources other than bottled spring water. Tap, RO, distilled, and well water do not qualify for replacements if the germination rate falls below 80%.
- No germination guarantee will be provided for seeds placed in bags, covered in any manner, or subjected to a seed/heating mat during the germination attempt.
- Orders are eligible for a one-time product replacement per order.
- Germination guarantees are valid for up to two years after purchase, provided the seeds are properly stored, and the correct germination method is followed.
